Return, exchange and refund
All returns must be sent within 7 days after shipment. We only accept unused and brand new ones, and must keep the label intact and still stick it. Please provide detailed instructions in the return package.
1. Quality issues:
1) If our employees find the above-mentioned defects in the goods, you will get a refund of the purchase price and shipping and handling fees.
2) If we find that the product has no defects or has been abused, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
2. Wrong color:
If the color of the delivered product is not the color ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (If the color difference is caused by a human monitor, this method is not applicable. Please purchase our color swatch for confirmation before ordering the product.)
However, any color errors that occur during the purchase of our products will not be refunded. In this case, we can provide customers with size modification services for free, and customers only need to pay the shipping fee. Clothes modification is usually completed within 7 working days.
cancel the order
All product orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress orders cancelled after 48 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
Expired product
If, for any reason, your order is not shipped within the specified time and is delayed within 10 days, but you are eligible for a full refund or a 30% refund after the delivery of the expired product. If the product is overdue for more than 10 days, the customer is eligible for a full refund. If the clothes are not returned, the customer will only pay for the freight.
